Stacey Kalamaras

Stacey C. Kalamaras is a seasoned trademark attorney who has represented some of the world’s most well-known brands in more than 150 countries. She started her career as marketing and advertising executive working for multi-national corporations before attending law school in her mid-30s. As a lawyer, she has spent the bulk of her career working in big law, assisting companies of all sizes from start-ups to multi-national corporations identify, register, and protect their brands in the U.S. and abroad. Stacey currently works as Senior Counsel for one of the world's largest candy companies after having founded and sold her own solo intellectual property boutique. Since 2019, Stacey has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer® for her outstanding knowledge and service in intellectual property law, a recognition given to just 5% of the lawyers in Illinois. Stacey has been profiled by The Top 100 Magazine as a top lawyer for 2020 and is ranked among World IP Forum’s 2021 list of 250 Powerful Women in IP. Since October 2018, (when she founded her law firm), Stacey has educated over 5,000 lawyers on four continents on a wide variety of trademark and brand protection topics.

    The Masterclass is designed for U.S. Attorneys, in-house counsel, and para-professionals. It may also be appropriate for 3Ls and recent law school graduates with an interest in trademark law. This course is not appropriate for non-U.S. attorneys or for business owners.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We do not allow any refunds on our Masterclass. Please consult our terms and conditions for more details.

  • May I keep the materials?

    The slides and all of the templates may be downloaded and kept by you as a resource to work with in your practice.

  • May I share this course with others in my firm?

    No. Your purchase is an individual purchase and sharing your log in credentials or the materials is against our terms and conditions. We offer a 30% discount for additional purchases from the same firm.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

    Most people complete the course within three months or less; however you may take as long as you like to complete the course. You can always log back in and view the videos as often as you like. The videos are not downloadable.
